Deco Listo Delivery Policy

At Deco Listo, we coordinate every delivery with care to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time. Each piece is inspected before and after delivery to guarantee quality and condition.
Please review the following guidelines, which supplement our Terms and Conditions.
To ensure your order arrives promptly, Deco Listo actively coordinates with manufacturers and provides you with a dedicated support contact for any updates.
Please note that delivery timeframes are based on manufacturer estimates and may vary, potentially becoming shorter or longer than initially projected. While we are committed to timely delivery, we are not responsible for changes in these estimates. However, Deco Listo will closely monitor your order and promptly communicate any significant adjustments to the delivery schedule as soon as they become available.
When shipping of the completed product is initiated, you will be contacted to schedule a convenient delivery time window. Deliveries must be scheduled and initiated within 14 days from the date of contact.
If you anticipate needing to temporarily hold the items, this service is often available for an additional fee, based on the space required and the duration. However, availability of warehouse storage is not guaranteed. To avoid potential delays, we recommend aligning schedules and notifying Deco Listo of your needs as early as possible. If your home or project is not ready for delivery when your items arrive, Deco Listo may provide short-term storage on your behalf.
- Initial Storage Period
The first 30 days of storage (counted from the date your furniture passes inspection) are complimentary. - Extended Storage
After 30 days, standard monthly storage fees will apply. Rates are based on the size, volume, and duration of storage, as determined by our warehouse provider. - Payment and Ownership
Once all items in your order are received and inspected, the remaining furniture balance becomes due in full. Ownership transfers to you upon payment, and the furniture will be moved into a secure storage area until delivery. - Condition and Liability
All items are handled and stored with professional care. Deco Listo and its warehouse partners take reasonable precautions to protect your order; however, Deco Listo is not responsible for damage, deterioration, or environmental effects that may occur during extended storage periods. - Scheduling Delivery from Storage
When you’re ready for delivery, please provide a minimum of two weeks’ notice. Deliveries are subject to warehouse access, vehicle availability, and payment of any storage or remaining delivery fees. - Unclaimed Orders
Orders held in storage for more than six (6) months without communication or payment of fees may be considered abandoned. Deco Listo reserves the right to resell, donate, or dispose of unclaimed goods after reasonable written notice to the customer.

Final Balance Requirement
All outstanding payments must be paid in full before a delivery date can be confirmed. Delivery scheduling will only begin once the remaining balance has been received and cleared.
No Delivery Prior to Payment
In no instance will delivery be made before the customer’s final payment is completed. This policy applies to all deliveries, including items held in storage or arriving directly from manufacturers.
Scheduling and Confirmation
Delivery requests are placed on the calendar only after full payment is received. Delivery dates and times remain tentative until payment is confirmed.
Effect of Delayed Payment
If payment delays extend beyond the complimentary storage period referenced in Item #3, standard storage fees will apply. These fees must be paid in full in addition to the remaining balance before delivery is rescheduled.
Nonpayment and Abandonment
Orders that remain unpaid for more than six (6) months after inspection and storage placement may be considered abandoned. Deco Listo reserves the right to resell, donate, or dispose of the goods after reasonable written notice to the customer.
Terms Integration
These delivery payment terms form part of our Master Terms and Conditions and apply to all orders, regardless of delivery location or project timeline.
At Deco Listo, we offer two delivery options to suit your needs: Standard Delivery and DL-Premium Delivery (where available).
- Standard Delivery: Our trusted and vetted professional delivery partners will handle your order with care. The items will be delivered to your location and safely dropped off. While this service does not include unboxing or removal of packaging, it ensures your furniture arrives securely and on time.
- DL-Premium Delivery: For a more personalized and stress-free experience, DL-Premium goes a step further. Our team will schedule delivery based on your move-in date, offering a two-week buffer if needed. They will bring the items into your home, carefully unbox them, and handle all clean-up, including the removal of packing materials, allowing you to focus on settling into your space. All orders with delivery within Los Cabos include DL-Premium Delivery.
Whether you choose Standard or DL-Premium, we are committed to ensuring your delivery experience is smooth and professional.
If you anticipate a challenging delivery situation—such as limited access due to higher floors, narrow stairwells, or other unique constraints—Deco Listo can assist with specialized equipment, including crane and pulley systems. Please note, if Standard Delivery is selected and unexpected delivery challenges arise, Deco Listo is not responsible for managing those situations. However, if contacted in advance, we are happy to provide solutions or upgrade your service for an additional fee to ensure safe and successful delivery.
Deco Listo has thorough inspection processes in place at the manufacturer to ensure quality prior to shipment. However, if damage occurs during shipment, the buyer has an additional 48 hours after delivery to identify and report any issues or damage that may have occurred during delivery (and not from use). If damage is found, the buyer must notify Deco Listo at [email protected] within this time frame.
Each Deco Listo manufacturer offers a warranty with varying periods and terms. If a manufacturer defect is identified, please contact Deco Listo at [email protected] as soon as possible, allowing us the greatest opportunity to assist. Please note, Deco Listo honors only the manufacturer’s warranty and does not extend the product warranty beyond the manufacturer’s terms.
